Big department store on Princes Street with a lot of departments plus cafés and toilets! Good place for a bit of retail therapy with a chance to refuel as well!

Great store for shopping or go for lunch and a coffee. Had the sales on when we were there, fantastic bargains and top quality merchandise.

Beautiful buildinds should always be there for the future not turned into something worthless to the eye and only the pocket. Looking at the pictures of this place, the modern buildings do no justice to the history of a great city. Sad Jenners will be changing or knocked down.

It's an amazing store, in a beautiful part of town, with fantastic areas within the store. You can tell it's an old store based on the fact that the lifts are quite narrow, and some only go up to certain floors, but these add to the store's charm. The cafe and restaurant are definitely worth a visit too

Not the store it used to be which is really sad as its a beautiful store. Staff were in very short supply while trying to pay for my items. Staff were helpful when located. Store has a wide variety of items on offer.

Shop floor space is very crammed with merchandise - almost too full. There are not enough space to view the products properly, especially in the manswear ground floor.

Well This is no longer Jenners so sad it has been bought out. Just a regular department store nothing special best bit is the wonderful original features internally
