First time using here today after buying a camper van and noticed heat shield was loose. Took it down to book in for a repair but instead they took it straight in, re-secured the heat shield and didn’t charge me a penny. Couldn’t believe how good the service was and can see why others I know with campers and motorhomes recommend them. With service like that I’ll be back for everything in the future. Great team, highly recommended.

Incompetent and ignorant, laughing stock disgrace, stay away, sadly disappointing! I thought i could trust Kenny the owner as I used this garage every year this past 5 years for my mot, long story short it failed on a few things. I took it away got the work done, then put it back in for it to have failed again on issues which they had admitted the first tester should have picked up on. Including a dangerously insecure fuel tank.leaving me with no time to fix it before my mot expired leaving me off the road for a lot longer then necessary, an apology and an understanding would have been due but I received none but grief and attitude by Kenny somehow as if it was my fault as the Customer.I was forced to pay for another test fee leaving me further out of pocket, when it passed a host of new advisories were mentioned that weren’t done so in the previous test when it failed by them a week previously…plus one was missed out that was mentioned before, wow. Feel made a mug out of and Let down big time, A thorough complaint has been made to the DVSA :)

Took a groupon deal for MOT. Performed serviced and pre MOT checks from other place. This garage did MOT and failed for silly things to make money and charged me for 3 hours jobs which was only one and half hour job max. Promised to fix 3 things and car will be ready in the evening and garage will phone me. Nearly 5pm no response. When I Phoned guess what they broke my car's genuine part and order new part. After three days got my car back and now guess what a second hand part was installed and I had been told that it is a brand new part. Advise: Please do not ever go to thief and incompetent service. Do not use groupon deals. Groupon deals for garages are web for customers. These garages will charge you more for unnecessary work. Parts price they charge you will be 3 time more than from eurocar parts. I regret to use this garage

We needed to MOT our Italian camper van and to fix some things to make it regular here in the UK. Also needed some services.We spent the right price for a service done professionally with kindness in every contact we had.We recommend this garage, our camper van looks better than ever.Thank you!

Arranged to have a used car I was considering to buy inspected, as the automobile club's nation-wide inspection service doesn't extend to Aberdeen. Everything was done according to the timeline and price given. The inspection revealed an issue that meant that unfortunately I had to walk away from the deal, so I cannot comment on whether there were other issues missed. However, it fully met my expectations of raising a red flag if there was something of significant concern.

Not good. I called to get a quote for a substantial amount of work required on my MH after they were recommended. This was over 5 days ago and I've heard nothing back.

Went in for a £55 pound rear spring fitted was quoted£180 .was charged 235,reason was they couldn't get the rear seat out so charged an extra 2 hrs labour.Crooks avoid

I will say that the service far exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff, car was serviced and ready when promised.
