After a  nightmare of an accident, these lovely gentlemen were kind, respectful, calming, informative, fast and excellently priced.  They explained   what was going to happen, a brief tiime scale and even checked to see if I was OK after.  I felt I was in safe hands. They really made a horrid time bearable and I throughly  recommend them.

AVOID!!!!!I arranged for them to collect a vehicle and after much back and forth (why?) we agreed a date and time. Date and time came and I was to contact them the night before vehicle collection, they then ignored and caused my vehicle to miss going into a garage. They are unreliable! It was probably a blessing in disguise because the whole setup just seems really amateur and without any professionalism, so god only knows what the pickup would have been like. To me the entire operation sounds like a guy who somehow managed to buy a pickup truck and decided to declare he was a pro recovery service lol Smart recovery Limited - the smart thing anyone can do is avoid them like the plague. This is a genuine revue - the rest on here sound like they were written by his mum.

First class service, nothing to much trouble, friendly and would definitely recommend them.
