Brilliant service, Jo is so helpful . She spotted straight away the source that two other large companies failed to do . My rat infestation would have never ended as they were coming through an uncovered waste water drain which was right next to theMain sewer out let . I can now sleep at night without hearing them underneath my floors .Thank you Jo for your fast and effective service and reasonable price too . Would highly recommend

Jo has been excellent in every respect! She immediately identified the cause of the odour in our kitchen - tunnelling by rats along a pipe, allowing the smell in from the drains. Anglian Water completely missed this! Jo did a thorough and professional job of eliminating the rats, and was happy to return as many times as necessary. She kept us fully informed of what she was doing and why, advised as we fitted a rat blocker into the sewer pipe, and cemented the rat hole that was letting the smell in, and other vulnerable areas. Jo was pleasant throughout, positive and helpful, and we thoroughly recommend her!

Jo provided us with an excellent service when we had an issue with squirrels in our loft. She kept in touch with us, updating us on what she was able to see on her cameras and made many visits.She went the extra mile to help us secure the gap by which the squirrels were entering. Would definitely recommend her services!

Very impressed with the professional service from Small Works Pest Control. Joanne was very professional and knowledgeable and efficient with communication at all times. Our pest issue was complex and required multiple visits to get the situation resolved and Small Works are very reasonable in price for the excellent service provided. I highly recommend, forget the larger companies and call Small Works Pest Control. 10/10.

Jo was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Couldn't recommend higher. We found rodent droppings the first day we moved into our new home (which was a few days before Christmas) I rang and Jo was so helpful and came a few days after and instantly got to work. She made us feel very at ease and gave us a lot of info about it all. She really went through the problem thoroughly and got it all sorted. Turned out to be a drain issue. She has since been back to help us and again so helpful and brilliant.

I contacted Smallworks as I was concerned that I had a wasp nest in the garden. I spoke to Jo who advised me that she thought I had a swarm of bees. I sent her a photo which she confirmed was 5000 bees protecting their Queen. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, whereas other companies would have taken the money without any thought as to the situation. I am so glad I found this company, and will be recommending them to other people.

We had an issue with wasps in our cavity wall above our bedroom window. I called Jo and she was able to come the next day, and sorted the issue. Now no more wasps and I can open the windows safely again.
