The Kingscote Barn

Everything ran so smoothly and efficiently, and the team realty knew their stuff ! It really allowed us to enjoy our day, and our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been too. The grounds were beautifully kept, the accomodation beautiful! The treehouse in perticular was perfection . The thing that stood out the most was that they actually cared about us and our day , I know it is a business and obviously they want the customers to be happy, but I felt like they so genuinely cared about us and our day and every little detail was taken care of every one of my thousands of questions replied to and taken care of . I would recommend kingscote to anyone it was the perfect day!

I don’t even know where to start. Everything about our day was perfect. I literally had to worry about nothing.Firstly, Charlotte was incredible! From the very first moment we spoke she made me and Josh feel so at ease with everything and we were so glad to have her apart of our day. She was always on hand for any questions I had and also when I was double checking I hadn’t forgotten something super important.The catering team were amazing, I spoke with Paula to go through all of our catering needs and she got everything spot on. The staff were amazing and we had so many compliments on them all. I was never without a glass of Prosecco and Josh never without a beer in hand.The food itself was amazing, the ice cream even though myself and Josh didn’t get chance to have any we were told it was a great addition to our cocktail hour.Evening food was everything… dancing around with slices of pizza was just what I wanted.The accommodation so beautiful our guests really enjoyed their stays and our treehouse was beautiful, was so nice to wake up and be able to open the blinds and look out onto the fields. The breakfast hamper was a lovely touch. I couldn’t eat any of it due to having a gluten intolerance but Josh made sure none went to waste.We cannot thank you all enough! Our day was everything we wanted, we only wish we could do it all over again

The most perfect wedding venue! The team at Kingscote know everything about weddings and know exactly what to do in every scenario. Georgia made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. On the day she was there at every moment, helping attach buttonholes, guiding us throughout the day and providing comfort when the weather decided to go against our plans.The venue is just stunning and the guests are still commenting on the beauty of it 3 months later, so much so that some of the guests are returning for a staycation. The rooms were beautiful, so clean, modern and inviting.We look forward to returning for a staycation soon to enjoy the beauty of the venue and with hopes to bump into some of the lovely staff.Mr and Mrs Ross x

Highly recommend. We had the most perfect wedding day. The venue is stunning, the rooms are so nice and Georgia was amazing she made the day run so smoothly and went above and beyond. Words can't describe how magical our wedding day was at Kingscote Barn! As soon as we drove down the road to the barn our breath was taken away and we knew it was our venue. Absolutely gorgeous venue! The rose garden was bloom, sheep were bleeting, you are in your own private fairy tale. Some of our guests had doubts why we were getting married in England (We're welsh) but as soon as they saw the venue , they knew why!Everything was so organised - Massive shout out to our Wedding planner Laura who was so lovely and made everything so easy and thankfully took charge when the Groom was struggling with setting up and made the venue perfect for us!The dressing room was such a great addition to get ready in and have a morning with the bridesmaids. The tree house was an absolute treat to stay in for the wedding night too. Waking up , walking past everyone in their pods in the morning having their breakfast whilst cute hares run around was one of our many highlights! Epic Caters was also amazing !! so would definitely recommend using them as your caterer!We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful day !! Thank you to everyone at Kingscote barn!! <3

If you are looking for your dream wedding at a venue and setting that is both stunning and relaxing while encompassing the natural beauty of the landscape, kingscote should be your choice. From start to finish, our process and planning has been nothing but a delight, being looked after 100% of the way. Any questions we had were quickly answered, and trust us, there were lots. The whole team at Kingscote barn and all the staff at epic caterers worked so hard to make our day run perfectly smooth, meaning we got to immerse ourselves in the day and fully enjoy it. Lottie was our wedding coordinator and we cannot stress enough how hard she works to make your day the best day of your life. We are so grateful to her and know that our wedding would not have been as special without her. Every fine detail and specific request was looked after, down to our dog being there and our last minute table plan changes, nothing was an issue. We got married at Kingscote Barn and it was the most incredible day ever. The Barn itself is absolutely stunning, as is all the views from outside. Getting ready there in their dressing room was such a lovely experience. Our wedding coordinator was Lottie and she was absolutely fantastic, she was so helpful in the lead up to the wedding and on the day she couldn’t do enough to help. It truly was an amazing day and Kingscote Barn will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you so much to everyone who was there on the day to make it utterly perfect ❤️

Kingscote is such a beautiful wedding venue to spend your special day there. The facilities are brilliant and it’s so nice to have everything you need in one place. Each room flowed nicely to allow all your guests to mix together. The staff at Kingscote are brilliant and a special thanks to Lynne and Charlotte for helping us along the way.
