Poor service. Promised to ring me twice with stock availability but I never heard from them. All to the good as I found similar tiles at half the price elsewhere.

Just picked up some bathroom tiles this morning, good service, nice lads. Unfortunately their suppliers had put one box of the wrong tiles on but that's not their fault. My tiler is able to pick up the right tiles when he next goes. Good prices and friendly service.

Picked tiles at wtc, and was told manufacture didn't have any in stock, but would notify me when in stock, phoned 3 times,still not in stock, then phoned different tile warehouse who phoned manufacture and were told they in stock, paid and delivered in 2 days.I tiled a 6 bedroom house all with en suites with wtc, will never use this company again

We are delighted with the full experience with WTC. Staff could not be more knowledgeable and helpful. There selection of tiles was great and very responsible. It was so helpful that they allowed us to take some sample tiles away. We do highly recommend WTC.Martin.

Great range, helpful staff - our stove vendor recommended this store for tiles for our hearth. They were helpful and knowledgeable, we were able to easily choose a useful style and have it there quickly - we took a full tile from display and they replaced it with an order. Great service, good value. Will use again.
