My boiler developed a pressure issue over the weekend and after some googling I found Mark.After reading some reviews I decided to give him a call. Within 30 minutes he was at my home (He was passing on his way to another job) and within 10 minutes of being here he had diagnosed the problem.He left my home to attend to the other job he had already booked, but returned around two hours later, fitted the new part and also gave my boiler a quick once over identifying problems and explained shortcuts other technicians would take.Mark identified quite a serious issue with my boiler which I will have him attend to in the new year.He also gave me valuable bathroom advice when I mentioned mixer taps!So all in all for the short amount of time Mark was here I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism and can safely say we have found our new engineer/plumber for all future works.Cheers!

After buying my first home, a service of the boiler found that I actually needed a new one all together. I'd had a couple of quotes but I wasn't happy with the advice I was being told. Mark came in and said he could do exactly what needed to be done and did an amazing job. He managed to squeeze me in as I had no heating or hot water at all and was very friendly and professional. He explained everything I needed to know clearly too. I'll definitely be going back to him and would recommend him to anyone!!
