Took a watch in for new glass with the estimate between £30 & £60. They charged £125 saying they needed to service the watch as well. Why?! Not only did they not phone me to ask this, they didn't even phone to say the watch was back. I'll be going elsewhere next time!

Absolutely superb job on my damaged engagement ring. They helped with everything from the insurance, through to the finish product and I'm so very happy! Highly recommend.

This was the 1st time of using IWJ & have to say i was VERY impressed by the service i received. I went in to have my stainless steel watch strap adjusted as it was a little too tight. I took in the spare links i had & the strap was adjusted straight away until it was a perfect fit. Very professional & polite service & reasonably priced too. From my experience i would be sure to recommend this company & will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent craftsmanship. Took an oversized engagement ring I ordered online and overseas. Sending back was not an option, after some persuasion with the shop keeper he warned us of the complications involved but we had to risk it and have isaacs do the work. They were super quick with the work and despite the ring fitting perfectly on my newly fiance we would not know the ring had been worked on. Very highly recommend as a working jewellers. Straight talking and at a reasonable price.

We came to IWJ after struggling to find the perfect wedding ring to match our engagement ring - they made a bespoke ring, to measure, with offset diamonds that matched the engagement ring exactly. It is beautiful. We were so happy that we had the other wedding ring made and then our daughter designed her own 18th birthday ring which she loves! A brilliant, friendly - and very quick - service. Isaac's jewelers repaired an old diamond ring for me, the stone was lost and the claws broken. Isaac's quote was half of that from a nearby jeweler. I found him very informative while he was looking at the ring and preparing the quote. The ring was returned a week later and the repair was beautiful and the new diamond just lovely. I'm very happy with the service I received and will be on my back soon with more jewelry repairs. I will never go anywhere else again.
