Every time I have ordered the food from here the food has been hot, fresh and so nice.Delivery driver is always friend and the same for the man who answers the phone.We are never missing anything we ordered and I have never been so happy with a take away company.Thank you KC’S ♥️

Ordered from here first of all the delivery turned up with half the order missing. Second time the order turned up 45 minutes after eating everyone was being sick the chicken was red in the middle still. When spoke to management I spoke was spoken to like rubbish and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Don’t eat here

This is the worst place I dealt with for yearsThe person who is assigned to answer the phone calls if you would like to track a delayed order is beyond rude.He was shouting and he ended the phone call !!100% not recommendedFor safety reasons.

Had left my skateboard over night and they tried to chase me but I was not insight, they kept it safe until i came back the next day very thankful! I'm a regular who enjoys the food and atmosphere it's one of the best places to grab food!!

I ordered from this place with my mate. The food took 2 hours to arrive, the communication as to why it was late was shocking, the chicken, chips and pizza arrived cold and soggy, the pizza had glass in it. The food had and no taste at all.When we called up to speak to the manager/business owner for a full refund they patronised us, said their food was fresh and prepared to a high standard, then wouldn’t allow a refund and made some unpleasant comments about where we are from.We are very disappointed at this restaurant

Always loved this take away but tonight was such a bad experience it’s unreal. Ordered 2 pieces of chicken and cheesy chips, got home with the food and no chicken was in the box. Called up and you tried to lie saying you 100% put them in there as if I was calling and lying. Said that you 100% put them in there but we can come down and collect them. We paid so we walked back down from our home to collect them and was still made out to be lying. We paid for certain items and should receive them and we are not going to waist our time at half 1 in the morning walking back to your restaurant to pick up food if we already had it at home. Do better.

Ordered food for the family tonight. Whilst I appreciate its a busy Saturday night, we ordered at 7pm and was still waiting delivery at 8pm. We called the restaurant and asked where our delivery was. I asked to speak to the manager apparently he is on holiday. The excuse was that it was because of the Halloween parade - we live on the other side of town!!! When I question the man on the telephone concerning this, he put the phone down on me!!! When my partner called after he put the phone down, he put the phone down on him too!!! Just for the record the delivery driver was lovely, however disgusting customer service from the restaurant and the food was cold!! NOT HAPPY!!! The owner is more than welcome to contact me.
