I worked for this company for 20 years, from Suffolk County Council and the change over to Leading Lives.But there is no support from higher management or no inquiries into why so many staff leave. So the group of bullies within the hub is allowed to continue to get the staff out that don't fit into their little group. I used to be proud working for this company, but it took me to breaking point.If you value your mental health and wellbeing, please stay clear of this company.No one from higher management contact me to ask any information of my decision to walk out half way through my shift.Shame on you Leading Lives and you are supposed to be a caring company!
