Classic car refurbished + upgraded radiator.Purchased from other side of the country because they had stock.Tatty FinishPoor quality soldering.Little or no attempt to straighten original old tanks.Incorrectly fitted pipe, made it unusable.Splits in pipe flare.Wrong cap (both in weight and reach).Even the jubilee clips were too small.Other than that perfect.I was offered the option to return it to be ‘sorted’but as the initial response had been [para.]“they are all like that” and “once the pipe is fitted you won’t see the splits” I declined.Instead.Took it to a local specialist and agreed a price to repair the faults, when I collected it my local specialist had completely re-refurbished it because they said they just couldn’t send it out like that. But they only charged me for the repair.
