The service has gone really bad don’t go there it’s useless they thy don’t even call you back when they say they will and your deadline has endedThis use to be very good before not any more

Sholud have some instant same day advisers. Waiting is too long.

I went there few times no appointment available. Waiting for the queue very long time just to be tell there are no available appointments for the next months. The people need help soon. A couple of months for just an appointment is ridiculous. Make people depressed The people are without money without house and CAN’T WAIT. I’mVery very disappointed for a service whom Should serve and help the citizens. They advise to call others numbers but then no one answer to phone after 40 Minutes on the phone. This happened also a lots of friends of mine.

l submitted a complaint to the National Citizen Advice office made on the 31st July 2023. The way they reply to you is very professional, unlikely the way the conduct investigation which is totally biased.l complained against a very rude person which name start by A"

Poor service, not consistent in communication. One advisor said they are not qualified so someone else will give you a call back. No one calls, so had to call again, wait another couple of days to get a call back only to receive very little information in a very dry, unfriendly manner. Made to feel like my issue was exaggerated and there was nothing much that I could do. Would not recommend at all

The process could be more easier to access. They don’t really pick up their phone calls, constantly transferring you and I’m general being difficult. You really have to go back and forth which wastes a lot of time. When I did get access they were very accommodating and helpful. It’s a free service at the end of the day and people frequently miss out their meetings which makes it even trickier with their booking systems.

Went in only to be met by a very rude front of desk employeeThe manner he asked all my personal details even though I was hesitating as they were very intrusive questions.He rolled his eyes, tutted, showed his frustration and became agitated when I was trying to answer him.Felt belittled and like I was a problem, He offered me a bengali speaking advisor, I'm standing there and speaking fluent English to him? I have never had a translator offered to me im born and bred from London.I had to tell him his behaviour was unacceptable and that I just want an appointment so I can talk to someone in private.We are a local community and 2 people standing behind me were people I know and thanks to him they also know my personal financial issues.The poorest customer service I've received.

I was very anxious and worried. However, the staff really made me calm and was very polite and professionaly. I have no words other than, to say Thank you very much. Sometimes we are alone out there whiteout no one but you made a difference. God bless them. Thanks.

Thank u so much for all your help over the last 2 months an even now your still helping me due to struggling after a flood in my home .( Thank u Marta ) i dont know what i would have done if citizen advice werent there to help. . Email is best way to contact them as u get a reply quicker an can give u advice an support as soon as they can . Usually that day or within 2 days. Thank u again
