Grange Quarry Ltd - Lockerbie Plant

I am from Lesmahagow and BYING concrete from Lockerbie.WHY ????Here's WHY !!!!!Grange QuarryWOW !!!! EXCELLENT !!!Rite from the get go.The sales staf were FANTASTIC and really REALLY helpfull.ANDThe drivers were just a Breath of Fresh Air.NOTHING and i mean NOTHING was a problem---WOW !!!By comparison---without naming NAMES.The company nearest me that drive maroon lorries were MORE interested in HOW i could buy concrete CHEAPER (not by much) than from THEM !!!Another Glasgow company told me---They DON'T deliver out HERE !!!Grange Quarry----FANTASTIC---TOP to BOTTOM.WHAT A TEAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Travelling through Ecclefechan on the B7076 Northbound whilst passing one of their trucks a large rock fell off the truck just as I passed it travelling the opposite direction. I stoped and ended up having to pursue the driver of the truck and showed him the damage caused. I was advised to go to the offices in Lockerbie which I did where I was asked to email them. I had no response by the following day and ended up having to call them to follow up and was advised it wasn’t their fault if a “stone” chipped my window. I advised Scott that the rock came from above and not the road which he disputed and advised he’d speak to insurance about it but unlikely to take responsibility for the damage. It’s ended up costing me £115 and likely it will affect next years premium not to mention time the car will be off the road awaiting the repair.
