worst service ever,I wrote on me ebay profile never use parcelforce, but they still use parcelforce, because this company has corrupted contract with custom for importing parcels from EU so they cant even be bothered to ring door bell and wait for 1minute. EVERY TIME THEY CAME THEY RING BELL -> 5 seconds -> drop leaflet -> dissapear showing we missed you.

They might be Worldwide, but they refuse to delivery to Upper Harlestone. They always default direct to the Brington Post Office and without leaving a calling card, everytime and i mean everytime! disgraceful

Why are Parcelforce unable to offer delivery slots like other firms? It's not difficult and would result in more deliveries being successful. Come on Parcelforce, get with the times!!If you are going to leave a card, make sure the information is correct!

What can you say about a parcel collection place?I arranged with DHL for a parcel to be collected from Germany and delivered to me. Nothing special, just a couple of paintings from a German friend.It took over a month. I was tracking it on the Parcel Force website when it went from the delivery depot back to the international hub.I phoned Parcel Force and was told that as there was a customs charge I needed to wait for a letter telling me what the charge was and equity a reference number so I could pay the charge and arrange delivery.Another week or two went by with no letter when I received a phone message telling me that my parcel would be returned to Germany if I didn't make arrangements to collect it.In this day of email, text, and all manner of instant communication, Parcel Force send you a bloody letter which, in my case, got lost in the post.

Not the first time I have issues with them. A very time sensitive delivery scheduled for Thursday from days in advance, never turned up, then rescheduled for following day (Friday) but the driver made up a complete lie, “he was unable to find my address”.It’s a well established property and address, NEVER EVER had any issues and I average 2/3 different couriers delivery per day, including parcel force. Long story short I had to drive 2 hours round trip to their depot that Friday afternoon just to be turned away and being told the parcel was not there so couldn’t collect, and drive there again Saturday morning for another 2 hours round trip! What is the point of having something delivered if I had to drive a total of 4 hours to get my parcel, should’ve been their job!

Rubbish delivery service. Instead of delivering to a local post office after failed delivery they transfer back to depot and make u pay more so it can be redelivered. I haven't seen this scam with other delivery facilities so far. I won't order anything if this delivery is involved.

If you are looking for a scam delivery company that doesn't try to deliver and says they did, welcome to parcelforce. Where you will need to drive 2 hours to collect the parcel that you paid delivery for, and not one time by 3 times that this situation happened to me.I just wish the website I buy from wouldn't use this company. Absolutely ruined my days.Thank you for nothing.

Twice now on track and trace my parcel has failed to come once to a click and collect address (eBay) and second time to home address stating tryed to deliver but unable ,but no card left or anything yet other delivery companies don't have issues with ,it seems other reviews experience same, avoid !

Absolutely shocking service with the delivery drivers who have zero care or consideration when attempting delivery. Do not leave calling cards or just dump calling cards which are left lying around. I made it catagorically clear to leave the package with an elderly neighbour who takes time to answer the door. The driver did not bother to wait, which shows the culture we live in.
