Thoroughly recommended. Five stars.Stonehouse container for just over a year. Excellent customer service, made booking and arranging easy and actually a pleasure. Warmth and charm of a family business with total professionalism.Worth mentioning the bonus that containers have a special lining and clever passive ventilation so they are reassuringly condensation-free. Easy, safe pull-up parking immediately outside too for any waiting removal vehicles.Easy to use fob entry and exit.I echo all the other previous positive comments made, thank you Sterling Storage Solutions.

Sterling Storage Solutions were absolutely brilliant, a first class service and a spotless container for the second time, we couldn't have held our house sale together without them. We used their Wicliffe units 18 months ago when my father was moving and downsizing all at the same time, it gave him the time to work out what furniture he wanted to keep with him and now we have used the Stonehouse units which were even more convenient for us. Louise deserves a special thank you for making it all so easy for us whilst she was working remotely.

We were looking for self storage & Louise whose the manager has been really great with all my initial enquires questions etc & we have been able to secure a unit for storing our personal effects sometime in January 2022 for at least 6-7months while we wait for a house to be built. Everything was handled professionally by Louise who explained everything required, gave us sound advice & although yet to see our container we are confident everything will be as it says on the tin. Definitely recommend Sterling Storage Solutions to anyone needing to store things judging by how there Stroud units are set out, secured & kept clean & tidy.

Sterling Storage have been absolutely amazing. We were relocating to the Cotswolds and they went out of their way to help us find sufficient storage for our move at short notice. Since then they have been great, and very customer focused. Couldn't recommend them enough for storage needs

Excellent experience at the Stonehouse site. Needed storage at short notice and for an undefined time and I found their services to be flawless, even under these difficult times. Ended up needing 2 units and also took out the insurance which covered everything and was all very quick and easy to set up online.The storage units were in immaculate condition and being able to drive in 24/7 made a 2 stage house move a breeze. When it came to ending it was all closed out very quickly and efficiently. Will certainly use again. R. Whittaker.

Used the Stroud facility for more than 12 months. When I removed stored items, which ranged from clothing to furniture they were in the same great condition as when I first put them into storage. No problems with access, everything worked as it should.The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the unit is exceptionally well run. Well done!Highly recommended.

Sterling Storage in Stroud were a lifesaver during a stressful cross-country house move. They’re very friendly and flexible, and the 24 hour access came in extremely handy for us. I will definitely use them again if the occasion calls for it.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They will help you out as much as possible. I would highly recommend this company. There is a huge variety of storage sizes to accommodate your needs. Plus 24hr Access which immensely good and rare. Many other storage companies have closing times or charge for additional 24/7 access. There are many locations to suit your nearby requirement. I have used a lot of storage companies and this is by far the best. Great service. Also if they dont have the size you need at first they will put you on a waiting list and inform you as your requirement is available. There 24hr CCTV, and the security is great.
