Renovations are currently underway on the exterior of the building, so caution is advised when entering the building.Reception staff greeted us and directed us to waiting area at the café ahead of our appointment.

Went for my visa, its really close to the train station, easy to find. The service impecable, everyone there was driven to help and provide comfortable solutions. Didn't have to wait long. Good place and right now using all the Covid measures. Face mask and hand sanitizing is mandatory.

Receptionist should be fired. Disgusting attitude, not sure of her name but she is late 40s / early 50s. Very rude and un-professional.
