Can recommend for repairs. Very pleased with results. Reasonable pricing, and excellent quality of workmanship. Wife is very happy.We recently has cause to go back and have a ring retipped, because my wife lost a small diamond from a cluster ring. Nigel offered a generous compromise on second phase of work. So very fair in all.

Popped in here yesterday, having looked at the website, looking for a birthday gift. Nice little place, lovely jewellery. Unfortunately nothing that caught my eye. The reason for my scoring is that I felt that - being such a small shop - the welcome and service could have been a bit more

Just been in here for a ring valuation and was spoken to so rudely. I was expected to tell him what I wanted for the item when I was asking him to value it. I would never speak to someone the way I was spoken to today. Sadly, I have previously had a good experience but will not be returning and will not recommend.

I have scrapped gold in every jewellery shop in bath and Nigel Dando's is the only shop that gives a fair price and the only shop that post gold price on the front door so you know what he will pay before you go in !!! Plus he is just a nice man and a very fair man and I recommend him above ANY jewellery shop in Bath for all things jewellery!
