I wanted to commend a colleague of yours, Vikki Tudge, for the great customer service I've received regarding my delivery.I had an unknown issue with my parcel and Vikki quickly identified and notified me of this. She contacted me personally with a solution and was there every step of the way to ensure my parcel got to its destination. I have never received such service by a courier before so this is refreshing.Fantastic service all around that will definitely mean I use DHL over other couriers in the future.

Re Maya. Excellent staff member. Courteous and most thorough. The process of sending Christmas parcels to USA is somewhat tedious but Maya went as speedily as she could given all the security etc procedures. I've been sending packages with DHL for a number of years and I can confidently say my recent visit to DHL Express office near MAN Airport was by far the best experience. Ashley and Kelly were both very courteous, professional and full of bubbly personality, which made my experience as a customer, very pleasant and smooth. They are a real credit to DHL team and I would highly recommend this branch.
