OUTSTANDING SERVICE I'm an older kickboxer and active person and if it were not for DMK I would still be suffering from a dibilitating injury and without professional intervention for optimum performance who knows where I would be? Right now Im well out of the pain I was in and coming to the end of a 12 week program of rehab

I've been seeing Darran for about 10 weeks now. I've had issues going back 3 years now with my hip/groin/pelvic area. I was waking up at night in discomfort and some days I'd find myself walking with a limp. It prevented me from training the way I'd like to and squatting comfortably was a thing of the past. Through working with Darran and his specially tailored rehab program I've got comfortable with the basic movements again and no longer wake at night in pain. There's still much work to be done because I let things get so bad. I'd highly recommend working with DMK and don't put it off for so long like me. Do your body a favor and start now.

I couldn’t recommend DMK enough! I was having trouble with my quad which was so painful and restricting me using the gym, so I contacted DMK as someone recommend them to me. I had an appointment with Darran who was absolutely amazing and straight away he diagnosed what was wrong with my quad which was my femoral nerve causing me the pain and discomfort in my quad. Darran explained fully what he was going to do and how many treatments I would need and what I would need to do myself to fix the problem after 3 visits it was fully fixed no pain and back to using the gym as normal honestly can’t thank him enough ! Amazing service from start to finish thank you DMK x

I snapped my acl in December and suffered terrible pain and lack of mobility after my operation,A friend suggested that I go see Darran to get my knee right, I opted for the 6 week rehab and recently completed it and I can’t thank him enough for restoring the function of my knee and I’m also pain free now. I’d recommend him to anyone who’s had performance related injuries or any injuries that affect their mobility. He’s very well educated and his service has been 100% all the way through

I've been training jujitsu now for the last 14 months, and I found that I wasn't strong enough to perform some of the movement's to a good standard in live rolling sessions. Since talking with Darren, he came up with a tailor-made plan to help me with my jujitsu since joining on the his three month plan I have found that my strength increse has been phenomenal doubling in such a short period of time. The online plan has been very easy to navigate and very helpful with the linked videos on how to preform the exercises correctly and with Darren just being the other end of the phone answering any questions I had has been a big help!. I can't thank him enough and the results have been amazing I now feel confident in my ability in training and competing.

After my injury I thought I was never going to be able to use my leg the same way again. But within the first few weeks with Darran I already surpassed my expectations. His vast knowledge on the body really showed with exercise selection and really left no stone unturned.

Started working with darran a few months back after thinking surgery was the only option for my shoulder, even after 2 sessions I was able to carry out tasks I hadn't been able too for months, now 3 months In I'm able to box again competitively which I never thought possible. We are now in the process of getting my hips back to where they were pre shoulder injury. Couldn't recommend darran enough,his knowledge and methods are second to none.
