I always have one of two gentlemen do my nails and every single time I leave pleased. I only moved this way a year ago but have used Emily's nails ever since. I won't go anywhere else.So polite and welcoming.Always a lovely experience xcảm ơn ban

I had a full set today and I came away with my fingers so sore. Chap rushed through so quickly and no communication between myself and him throughout. Over priced also. Prices made up as they go.Try and avoid.

Tired of inexperienced techs prep my nails. went there 2 weeks ago for monthly apt for acrylic overlay on my own nails as allergic to the gel. It took 90 minutes and 3 nail techs as they kept leaving me and it was quiet at the end of the day!charged m3 £35 abd an extra £4 for 2 nails saying a fresh coat was the same as tips?? 2 weeks later acrylic lifting, go back they are all redone but thus time charging me my usual 25..no discount for the bad job.. this morning nail beds inflamed and burning as they must have used gel powder! I queried it at the time but told it was my usual? Never going back as tired of inexperienced techs prep my nails...they should ask you first as not a training school!!

Got infills and repair on 1 finger. first time using this place and safe to say won’t be back. The man messed up and broke another nail and cracked one then left me and went to someone else, when he realised what he had done and said someone else would do my nails. Another man then did my nails and basically my nails are crooked uneven n the tip colour size are completely different. I asked for coffin shape and got one hand square and one hand sqoval. Not to mention I went back after as one of the nails was round. I was told when I said about what the other man had done that next time I would need to get them took off and a new set put on that was apparently the reason it happened I have only had my nails infilled twice. And apparently my nail being round was because my finger was a different size yet when he filled it it changed shape. For the money you pay for these nails you don’t expect them to look this state I’m now going to have to pay someone else to fix this!

NEVER again I had the WORST experience today! I had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time, 4 people ended up doing my nails. They cut my fingers left them so dry and saw!My nails where uneven, different shapes and thinknes!I left the shop and they looked even worse outside I then went back and asked them to fix them they was so rude to me my nails still look awful!AVOID!!!!

I had an issue with my nails from the previous trip to the salon... A miscommunication on my part that I only realised after returning home and the technician fixed it right away and my new nails are now perfect.

Absolutely awful. First time visiting and it was so busy despite making an appointment… that don’t mean anything so they the rushed through my full set. Returned for infills and charged £36 just for a normal Gel colour. Make the prices up as they go along. While in there both times there was a least 2 unhappy people also. I noticed that you find yourself agreeing with them and not getting what you want. They don’t listen. I was warned before going in but wanted to make my own mind up. Please avoid at all cost.

I always go here, love my nails every time!

Very over priced, only had Gel put on my toenails cost £26, will not be going back
