My family and I have been using this garage for many many years and have always been given excellent customer service and advice. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and despite moving away from the area, I'll always come back if I need some work done.

Friendly , always greeted with a smile. It's best to book an appt as the forecourt only holds three cars. My tyre had to be ordered and was in the next morning, my appt was booked for 12.30 all dealt with very efficiently.

I've been taking my cars here for about 10 years, mostly for MOT and a mini service each year but for some repairs too. The service has always been excellent. I have asked on a couple of occasions for repairs that have turned out to be unnecessary for my particular car, it would have been very easy for the garage to go ahead and do as I had asked but I was called and told the situation and was able to cancel the work. I really appreciate that level of honesty and customer care. Highly recommend!

Took the car in for tyres replacement. All four wheels were marked like shown in the pictures. The technician waived the labour charge as a good will of gesture. The thing is 4 tyres replacement costs £80 but refurb 4 x 21 inch wheels would cost over £800…don’t take your pride and joy there

First time visited them last week for puncture repair. Booked the slot on the phone. Overall very smooth experience. Professional staff and great service. Highly recommended if you are in Northwood area.

By far the best motor service station in London. Excellent staff, professional and friendly. We have 4 between all the family members. Over the last 5 years, they have been always helpful and honest. All this good service, comes at a good price. They have never overcharged or take advantage of my need for any urgent repair. I will definitely recommend them.

Had a puncture. Expected to pay £300+ for a new Pirelli tyre. Danny fixed the tyre instead for a fraction of that. Thanks
