I bought a 2017 Skoda Superb November 2023, On getting home I noticed a dash message. Button for driver assistance systems faulty.Called Silverline and told to give them a few days, called again and told the same thing again due to the garages the use for diagnostics were busy for two weeks.Those weeks on and no contact from Silverline I took to Auto Volk where I come from, file download and re program of steering column and clear faults.£220 lighter having the issue resolved. Terrible coms and customer service from Silverline, I hope this review was worth the £220 to the owners. No excuse for no communication and the ignorance, I wouldn’t recommend them full stop.

Bought a Golf from Silverline about 2 months ago, all I can say is FANTASTIC. The whole process from start to finish was not pushing me into buying something I didn’t want like many other dealers. They were professional and courteous throughout with nothing too much. Excellent service from Silverline once again Scott was an absolute pleasure to deal with and is a genuine straight up man he made the whole process stress free for both me and my fiancé .
