Youtous Antenatal Classes

I found Carla and Ali to be knowledgeable in every aspect of pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, post natal, making the right choices for us- even the history behind practises all over the world- and delivered in a concise, kind, non-judemental, often very funny way. They've both supported us outside of class sessions and offer other services to promote well being on our birth journey

I couldn't desire anything better for my pregnancy and my little one. It was an amazing journey supported by the best caring and kind midwives, Alice and Carla. Empowering is the right word to describe these antenatal classes. I've learnt so much about pregnancy but even more about my body/my mind/myself. Strongly recommended.

Outstanding! I learned so much and got to meet a wonderful group of soon-to-be-parents. Justine and Tania are excellent teachers who successfully ran the course over zoom. I would recommend Youtous to anyone.

Found these antenatal classes really helpful to prepare for birth. Even though I ended up having a caesarean after a failed induction, my experience was extremely positive and I believe that is definitely due in part to the knowledge and preparedness I gained from these classes. The biggest plus of course is the friendships and support network you gain - being a first time mum, that’s invaluable!

I can't highly recommend youtous! Both Alice and Carla were amazing, I felt so well informed and supported. It is by far the best antenatal classes in Brighton!

Tania and Justine are inspirations. I am a mum 2nd time around and I felt so much more in control and confident this time around, the birth was a straightforward vaginal birth and manageable without any pain relief whatsoever, even at the ripe old age of 47. The course empowered me to make decisions and stick to my guns and trust our lovely midwives here in Brighton too, despite all the doom mongering from the obstetricians.I tried and failed to breastfeed my last child, but Tania’s brilliant advice and again, the support from our local midwives mean that I can claim this time round as a success.We have also met up with a lovely and diverse bunch of other parents to be and the babies are landing thick and fast now. We can’t wait to meet up again in person.The zoom sessions are long, but worth it and we have managed to bond as a group though the coffee mornings and odd meet up on the beach.

Cannot praise the team at Youtous enough, they truly are amazing. So knowledgable and really made everyone feel at ease in the sessions. The You To Us antenatal course was a wonderful experience for my fiance and myself. Alice and Co are incredible teachers. Their passion for all things childbirth mean they give 110%. We felt so welcomed, calmed and reassured by the informative, thorough and well balanced course material. The course aims to empower women and their birth partners to have the optimum birthing experiences they can have. The tea and biscuits and relaxed atmosphere helped the group members connect and mingle with each other. I am looking forward to the group reunion in a month or two after our babies are born.

Great course! Learned lots and felt empowered to make the right choices for me and understand the birth process in a positive light. Ali & Carla are lovely and so experienced. The small group setting was lovely and a great way to meet new parents like us.
