I used Nick for a RICS valuation survey to settle my Help to Buy equity loan. Nick was wonderful-excellent communication, friendly and professional (when he visited the house and by email), provided answers to my questions about the process, and produced a valuation report and a follow up desk based valuation report really quickly. I would absolutely use his services again.
