No bus links, and really out of the way, definitely more suited for people who drive. But people with mobility issues will have issues getting to the place without assistance.

Find this is a friendly and informative place. Had to visit with my wife on several occasions to diabetic nurse who resolved issues very quickly with new meds and information not forthcoming elsewhere.

I had hernia surgery here and all the staff were amazing, very kind and thoughtful. Procedure was quick even though I had a funny do halfway through, put straight at ease and even had a surgeon fanning me at one point.Everything was spotless. Absolutely recommend.

Part of my Doctors Practice. The building is huge! Like Carlisle Hospital, looks a bit like an Airport lounge on each level. The outside is a big let down, untidy and unappealing. There is a Pharmacy? I think? Never seems to be open though. On the plus, the Cafe which can be either accessed independently or via the inside of the Centre, is lovely. Homemade food is serve, Mother and Daughter partnership, perfect setting, cosy and ideal on many levels. This area could do with being a least twice its size, perhaps use some of that wasted space inside, or the disused Pharmacy area. The 4 Stars are mainly for the Cafe.

Too much like a departure lounge, needs more detailed imfomation on where the room are, but extremely empty every time I go and still need to wait for ages

Great new building, shame I can’t say the same for the staff. Waited a month for an appointment with probably the least empathetic dermatologist I’ve ever encountered, got multiple facts wrong about my treatment that I had to correct them on, told me I could not be treated by them and left me to walk out of the door in tears feeling completely hopeless. Safe to say if I ever required their services again I’d look outside of the city.
