I have been ordering food from this place for a while now and today I thought I should take a drive and have a look at this Establishment so I placed an order online and drove there to collect it.I did exactly that and drove there with my fife and 3 kids.When I got there my food was ready and we ate it there in the car park.The service was great the food was absolutely delicious especially their hot and crispy fries.All I will say is keep up with this same quality of food and service.

The service was very slow at this place, considering I came direct and waited outside; Portions are very tiny considering you're paying top money for their food; their quality is very inconsistent, and fries are terrible from the diner; It reminds of going Maccies and having a tiny burger with one bite and it's all over; They need to get some better dips and sort there fries out because there not great overall experience was not great due to the waiting; I would not recommend this place

The food was amazing one of the best smash burgers and chilli bites I’ve had in years. I appreciate the customer service given by the staff members at this restaurant and the delivery drivers making sure our food reaches us in a timely manner. If you are thinking of coming here I suggest you buy the smash Max burger or the Angus Mac burger as they are really tasty.

Fresh food good quality. Made nicely. Plenty of sauces given. Excellent service. Great presentation. Generous portion sizes. Definitely recommend. One very satisfied customer cheers lads

We really enjoyed the food from Tjays, especially the smash burger (which was perfectly seasoned) and the cheesy fries. I didn’t know the chicken strips would be grilled which I’m not a fan of but the flavour was still good and we finished them. Definitely recommend and will be reordering!

Just ordered this evening, honestly such good customer service from beginning to end.The food came so quick and it was honestly the best burger I've ever haddddddd. The fries & wings were also so so good, amazing portion size too. I recommend this place 10/10, you guys should order. This will be my new go to in Birmingham.Keep it up guys!!!
