Beautiful collection, big car park , lots of fashionable stuff.

Great place if you need some swag that won't cost you a fortune. The mens section needs overhauling and there's limited choice for you guys and what they have costs more than the female equivalent. Fantastic place for women and girls. If you're a guy make sure you've got a coffee and snacks because you'll be in there a while.

With Primark you know what you are getting yourself in for before you go, it’s going to be large, busy and kind of an ordeal to endure. Having said that, there are often quite a few good products on offer if you are brave enough to sift through the human soup that is the shop,It’s particularly horrendous in December when people are getting their festive gifts. It’s one of those shops that is occasionally necessary to visit but is unlikely to be a pleasurable experience.

A young lady called Pasha served me today.. She apologised for not knowing exactly where something was, as her first day. She went off and found what I wanted.. all the time with a smile on her face. She was very polite and smart. She then located my partner who I lost in the store.... Nothing was too much trouble, as I fed back to the Store Manager. She was also a credit to her Company.. The Staff all seem really happy in their jobs at the Fosse Park store.Well done Pasha, looks like you have made an impression already.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service Experience at Primark Fosse park (woker named Vee)I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had today at your Primark store at Fosse Park, specifically with one of your till workers names Vee. I believe it is important for you to be aware of this incident so that appropriate measures can be taken to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.The till worker (Vee), displayed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills.To begin with, there was no greeting or acknowledgment of my presence, which immediately made me feel unwelcome. Her demeanor throughout the transaction was notably blunt and uninterested. It was evident that she lacked basic interpersonal skills, as she failed to engage in any form of polite conversation or even maintain eye contact. This lack of courtesy and indifference towards customers is unacceptable and does not align with the standard of service I have come across before .As a customer I believe that every individual deserves to be treated with respect and provided with a positive shopping experience. Unfortunately, the behavior of this particular till worker (Vee) left a lasting negative impression on me. It is disheartening to encounter such poor customer service in a store that has otherwise provided me with satisfactory experiences in the past.I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that all members of your staff adhere to the highest standards of customer service. It is my sincere hope that by bringing this issue to your attention, you will be able to rectify the situation, thus fostering a more welcoming and customer-centric environment at your store.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I went into the store today with my 2 year old and thought that I had dropped my phone. I spoke to manager Vicki R who was sympathetic, friendly and helpful she pulled out her phone and tried to ring my phone but couldn't get through, she said she'd keep ringing and to speak with Vikrum, who again was so sympathetic, friendly and helpful he tried the radio headset to see if it had been handed in and asked the tills too. He reassured me that people do drop their phones sometimes in store. Luckily my phone had fallen out my pocket and into the back door of my car while putting my 2 year old back in her car seat, but I'm so impressed with the attentive and helpful staff - especially Vicki R and Vikrum!

Fantastic.A well furnished and coordinated atmosphere with various kinds of outfits wares and footwears for kids and adults.My first shopping experience in Uk and still looking forward to visit the branch at City Centre for more soon.

Being on an out of town retail park this Primark is quite big, well stocked,clean and bright. It gets very busy. But unlike the city centre stores it does NOT have that jumble sale feel.

A massive Primark in Fosse Park, clean, spacious, well stocked and quite tidy, you can find almost everything from; ladies, men and children clothings, shoes, accessories, home items, toys, make up, beddings, blankets and soft furnishings, suitcases, lots of seasonal items and more.Ground floor is for ladies, upstairs are for men, home and children. Escalators and lifts to go up and down.Lots of free parking right outside the store, including disabled and parents & children parking spaces. Do watch out time limit.

Primark, Fosse Park, Leicester. I never thought I'd make this comment, but I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience here. Yes, the products were very well priced and I bought several items, but it was the staff who impressed - hugely. The store was clean and inviting, with workers constantly tidying the products. The staff were all so friendly and pleasant. My friend misplaced her walking stick in store and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Stick was found and returned, even though all staff were extremely busy. Thanks so much to all staff.
