I have recently worked with Joe at Fen Studio Architects and he was brilliant. He came up with some really amazing ideas on how to work the space best and get the most from what we could and within our budgets. He helped to find suppliers and contractors and assisted in looking over quote and how we could work them into our design and budget so everything fit together. Joe explains everything clearly and the drawings we have are very extensive and gave me a very clear picture of what the project would like. We will definitely work with Joe again on future projects and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to a friend, in fact I already have done several times.

I recently dealt with Joseph when trying to plan for a substantial extension to my house, a very dated 50s bungalow. He came with some great ideas on how to maximise space and reduce cost while keeping the build simple where possible. He has great knowledge of materials and finishes and definitely helped me to visual the end result. Joseph assisted with pre-app advice too, attending meetings and addressing the concerns raised by planners. You wouldn't necessarily get this input from a larger practice, I know as I went and got quotes from a few. Joseph helped me get first time planning consent for the extension and is continuing with the project now producing tenders packs for the next stage. He has always kept to deadlines and has always been on the end of the phone when I have wanted to run ideas by him. I would highly recommend him for your next project.

Joseph helped us design our new home. He was on exactly the same wave length as us. Joseph managed to get every detail we wanted in our home. He was in touch every step of the way until planning was excepted, the council liked his drawing, which was a bonus. We have not yet started our build but we intend for Joseph to stay with us until the house is built. Joseph went over and beyond and nothing was to much trouble for him.
