GMK

Terrible. Supplied a gun had damaged stock, worn butt pad wrong chokes wrongly fitted mid bead faulty firing pins faulty ejector and damaged case. Not interested in putting any of it right. £9000 gun.

I recently had a technical issue with a product that GMK distribute. I emailed GMK and received a very prompt response & fantastic help from Andy Shaw who helped me resolve the issue.Keep up the good work thank you Neil Quinn

Phoned Paul in the workshop he couldn’t have been more helpful sent my gun to him got it back very quickly and he made a first class job and he did it f.o.c what more could you ask keep up the good work GMK thanks again David.

Shocking

Brought myself a new gun and took it out on the farm shooting in the drizzle. To my amazement where ever the rain hit the gun it started to mark the paint, shortly after this I decided to call it a day so I dried the gun and the spots where still there. I then popped it back into the sleeve (which was dry as was in the truck) and took home. I pulled the gun back out a few days later to go out again and had noticed that these spots had now turned to rust I was extremely surprised at this as being a ex Game keeper and having alot of guns this has never happened to any of my other ones even if I have left them wet (on a very occasionally basis), which i didn't do in this case. I sent the gun back to them and was told it was due to a lack of keeping it clean how ever may I repeat myself this was the first time it was used and it was dried and cleaned after this first use. I'm extremely disappointed in how this was handled and I will never buy a gun from here again and I will make sure I inform every keeper I know and shooting friend this also. plus I am now going to get in touch with trading standards as I believe my gun is now damaged due to manufacturing fault as it is no fault of mine.Very disappointed

Shocking company do not deal with them. They can not fill orders and just fob you off. Will make my gun club aware not to deal with them.
