Purchased a new bed from here after recommendations from family. First purchase for our new house so we were very unsure. Weren’t pressured at all and the staff were all really informative and answered all our questions. We went away and thought about it and came back a few days later to purchase. Told 2-3 weeks for order. Less than 2 weeks later I get a phone call to say it’s ready, organised delivery for when it suited me. The two guys who came were so polite and friendly and had the whole bed built within 30 minutes! Went through all the care with me before leaving. Super experience and will definitely use again. Thank you!

Really good experience with The Bed Superstore. Friendly and knowledgeable staff in store, no hard sales, just a good chat. Arranged delivery to suit me and nice guy helped me with the heavy bits up two flights of stairs, which not all places would do. Would recommend.

Really happy with our purchase and with the customer service. It was great to have expert help when choosing a mattress and considering the effort the delivery team put into squeezing a large mattress up a tight staircase they are great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Wanted to buy a mattress from a local company. The Bed Superstore were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable staff, excellent delivery service. Got a sale mattress, very good price reduction. Would 100% recommend.

I moved into an unfurnished flat and was in desperate need of a bed. After finding nothing I liked and within timeframe at stores such as IKEA, I sought a more independent store.I contacted Wayne, who replied promptly to my email on the same day, and was more than happy to help, polite, understanding of my situation.To cut a long story short, I visited The Bed Superstore at 11am, and by 3pm the same day I had my bed delivered.Life saver, and couldn’t recommended highly enough.

After looking online for ideas at all the big name shops, and not finding anything I wanted to go to look at, I decided to see if there was somewhere I had not heard of, I found Bristol Bed Superstore online with great reviews, so visited with my mum, huge showroom with a massive choice of beds, the salesman was very helpful and friendly, but not at all pushy, which was refreshing, he pointed out the beds suitable for my needs, and after trying several beds, I decided on the Backcare 2000 along with a grey divan and headboard. Ordered on Tuesday and the following Tuesday had a call to advise delivery on Friday. Really, really impressed. Great service. Bed is fantastic. So comfortable, I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for your excellent service.

Bought a mattress remotely and arranged delivery. It was made so easy by Mark, who helped with choosing the mattress and also delivered the mattress. They arrived exactly in the allotted time slot given and carried the mattress up 5 flights of stairs, the last one was a winding one. Nothing was too much trouble. Can't recommend them enough!!!! Excellent - thank you!
