Thank you to NatBP for all the help and advice they have given me in such a difficult time following the death of a close family member from Covid-19.I honestly do not know how I would have coped without finding this charity.Thank you to all the wonderful and amazing volunteers, you just don't know how much you have helped me.

My only experience with them was negative, but that may not be typical, hence the neutral review. I was too tearful to chat coherently and the counsellor on the other end just dropped out of the chat. I did not wish to contact them again, but consequently I never experienced them at their best. Your experience may be very different.
