1000mbps connection has been absolutely flawless - No throttling back, no drop offs. It can be hit and miss with ISP's, but Elanet have provided me with a great service that is stable and reliable.

Made an initial review detailing complaints mainly over price (general pricing structure and a heavy connection fee charge when everything was already connected and just needed remote activation - which is an automated service) and no communications as nobody ever picks up the phone. Following an issue I had over a bank holiday weekend period and no service, I raised a complaint over not being able to get in touch with them. I got through on the Tuesday and I got a call back from 'Mark' discussing my previous review where he asked me to take it down by threatening legal action. He then insisted we deal with the complaint over the phone and after much back and forth, he said that he would email me. I've had no response or communication since, unsurprisingly, and overall I couldn't be more unimpressed with the company as a whole - from a consumer point of view and as someone who works for an altnet supplier knowing they can do 1000x better.

I have updated my review after contacted by Tom about my billing issues.Their billing system is quite complex sometimes, however the broadband has worked extremely fast and reliably throughout the time of my contract.The customer service, although sometimes slow to respond, ispersonal and in depth.

I am pleased to recommend Elanet for new users as I have been using their services for a year and throughout the year never did their broadband give me a bad connection. I always got the best services and also their customer service is the best.Highly recommend ELANET.
