Really disappointed. Put a non attendance bid form in for auction on 10th March at Beverley Racecourse. Managed to register and view on line and lot I'd bid on disappeared £10 below my max bid.Have tried to find out if I have got the lot but after two phone calls and an E mail, no one will respond.Think they ignored my bid and won't admit it.

First time buying at this auction, there was an issue with an item being damaged in transit due to poor packaging but the auctioneers have contacted me and this has been resolved. I believe there will not be any issues going forward with packaging and i will be happy to buy from this auction house again. They resolved the issue in a very friendly and professional manner.
