Part exchanged my car for a used car from Brindley, thanks to Matthew and the team the part exchange was seamless and quick, customer service is these guys priority, delivery of the new car to my home and full tank of fuel, washed and waxed, gleaming and ready to enjoy. I found buying a car from Brindley Kia a happy experience and would recommend them to others.I didn’t know about long delivery dates on a new car and had not planned ahead so Jacob helped me identify what was wanted fromA range of used models. I chose a low mileage hybrid with a good warranty and wanted to part exchange my old car. I thought a fair price was agreed and was glad to have Jacob’s help with the rather involved “paperwork” of buying , selling and taxing . It was good to have each stage explained clearly.I have always liked Kia’s comfort and reliability and wanted another . I have found my new Niro a pleasure to drive and no doubt in a few days will have mastered more of its amazing technology to add to this enjoyment.Thank you Jacob for your help.

My Kia Ceed is still under guarantee and I use my car for learner drivers. The car developed an engine fault 3 days before a learners driving test. A lovely and understanding young lady at Kia Wolverhampton offered me an appointment the next day. 2 days later the car was fixed under manufacture’s guarantee. Thank you Naomi and the friendly staff at Wolverhampton. Brilliant customer service unlike my local Kia. Highly recommend Kia Wolverhampton even though it took me 40 minutes drive time I will use you guys again.
