Top Job I walked in I hadn't booked an appointment but thay still did my hair cut within 5 mins

Fantastic staff, easy and relaxing vibe. No awkward moments as you would get in barbers. Friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Been going to the lost boys barbershop in Ponty for years and they’ve always been brilliant, but due to the Ponty store being closed I booked an appointment on Booksy for the hawthorn branch. My appointment was at 5pm, turned up and the place was closed, shutters down and no sign of life. Little annoyed as I booked some leave to finish work early to attend. No email to cancel my appointment. Phoned the number and it went straight to voicemail. It’s also advertised to be open until 6pm. Very disappointed

Phoned to book 2 boys in, explained about their special needs and was reassured that wouldn’t be an issue. I was very impressed and relieved… Arrived on time to be told only 1 boy booked, I explained it was definitely 2, I had been given prices for both and had explained about both issues. Was told that it wasn’t his problem as he didn’t book the appointment and he can’t fit both in now.I explained how challenging it was just getting one of the boys to the appointment let alone two, they wouldn’t manage having to wait and that I was annoyed at both not being booked in as was discussed the previous day!Supporting children on the autistic spectrum is challenging enough but when you’re met with it’s your problem not mine attitude when you tried to organise it to work for the boys is very disappointing!I won’t be customer at somewhere that doesn’t support putting children first! I got a begrudging sorry eventually and was told he would cut both boys and others would then have to wait! Not the calm environment I need for my boys so I left.Thankfully found another barber that was very helpful and they will get our business moving forward!Suggest the bookings are done correctly and when the shop is at fault don’t blame the customer, you might not lose as many customers then!

Great barbershop and a top service... no rush cutting no matter how busy it gets.. time taken... neat lines and styles done exactly as you want them... cheerful barber staff and also have a app booking system so you can choose what you want, when you want and even who you want to do it... top marks!
