They made me a beautiful sink. Then two years later it started coming apart between the bowl and the drainer. Because rather than being welded together it was just bonded (GLUED!). When I called them to complain they said that my warrantee had run out and I should not have put boiling water on my sink. Because of course sinks aren’t designed to stand the stress of hot water. I fixed it with heat resistant epoxy. But it still upsets me every time I look at it.Addition 9/1/18:And by the way in spite of my repeated requests for them to remedy the problem they told me it was my fault and they did not offer to come to me and fix it!

I commissioned a stainless steel work top for my kitchen , with living the other end of the country there was a lot of trust put in to mpm to deliver what I was after thank fully they produced what they said they would and the way they packaged it up for transport ment it came safe and sound, good service and reliable and would use again .

I ordered a copper splashback from M.P.M engineering and I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the product.Unfortunately mine arrived with a slight flaw, so I emailed Dave who replied instantly with an apology, and informed me he would get a replacement out to me straight away!!No questions, no excuses just great customer service. We visited many kitchen warehouses and showrooms and found ourselves exceptionally disappointed with what was available price, and quality wise. Having found MPM online through various searching, we organised to visit David and his team at the factory in Luton to view some samples that they had in their small showroom.They were very helpful from the off, and were welcoming when we arrived. Having seen the quality of their work, we decided that this was exactly what we had been looking for, and exactly NOT what was available in the shops we had visited.We couldn't think any more highly of this company. Everything from start to finish has been absolutely smooth, well communicated and beautifully crafted.Sean took us through measurement, and installation meticulously and has great pride in his work. He knew and understood the job well, and he listened to what we wanted and accommodated us but also made his own very helpful suggestions. The team were very efficient, and upbeat.This made our whole experience very positive, and we now have a stunning and fully functioning working kitchen space to enjoy for many years to come.

Excellent service from this company. Beautiful quality brushed stainless steel door for our integrated dishwasher. A small order, but the MD, Dave, could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend MPM.
