My experience with Poole Bay Motors has been the most extra-ordinary experience ever from beginning to end. I would like particularly to thank Mark for making it so pleasant and very smooth. Mark has done everything in his power and more to response to all my requests and questions very quickly and in a very friendly way during the whole process of buying my new car. It was such a pleasure to deal with Mark and then with Paul when I picked up my car yesterday.

I bought a Peugeot 206 and not only was the service at the time excellent, but the aftercare, dealing with warranty issues, general queries etc could not be faulted. Their service and repair centre just down the road is superb. Friendly staff, good prices and very fair assessments. I have since bought a new car and despite having free servicing etc and MOT at the dealership, I still bring my car to these guys. Cannot recommend enough.

We are really pleased with the Nissan Micra we bought here. When we first bought the vehicle it has some minor issues, which was sorted with a fuss free and really happy to help attitude at no extra cost. We have had the car a year now, it's been a really super little car.

I went to look at a car and put a deposit down cause I was selling my car the next day . My car sale didn’t go through so I phoned the garage back up to say I could buy the car could I get a refund it was. Only 200 pound this was on a Friday . After meny phone calls today is Wednesday I phoned up again and they only offered me 100 pound back saying it cost them money putting through a service and stuff . They would have to do that anyway when they re sell it . Any way point it I wouldn’t recomend them if that’s how they do business good luck to them

Lovely cars, longer warranty covers and currently I referred my partner who bought her car there months ago every day loving her car. Thanks Paul & John for the lovely service and lovely cars.

Horrific customer service, dodgy MOT & issues with car from the get go. Had it a week and it went back. Back up for sale already with over 1.5k work that needs doing after i had to checked at a local garage after my purchase. Correspondence is non existent when an issue arises. STAY CLEAR OF THEESE COWBOYS

Bought a peugeot 3008 from these guys online, I've had it a month now and I can honestly say I've no issues excellent service from day one, Paul answered every question I asked honestly he even arranged home delivery for me. Overall I would 100% recommend them and would purchase from them again.

Avoid these at all costs! They sell you a vehicle with the promise of 6 months warranty on just about any issue you may encounter, that is, until there's an issue. The smart talking salesperson Paul, tells you there's no problem, it'll be fixed. The garage take it in and tighten a few nuts and bolts and off you go, then a day later, same problem persists. The little lad that runs it, Scott, is a clear con artists and should be banned from dealing in sales of any kind. Bunch of crooks the lot of them.
