Lord Creates Weddings

We have been very disappointed with our experience with Brad. Although Brad is good at taking photos, the lack of communication and delays has been very unprofessional and we would not recommend him to other couples.We paid for the joint photo/video package for our wedding on 30 April 2023. We were told this package included a second shooter, and we accordingly paid for a meal for the 'second shooter'. Brad had mentioned that he thought the second shooter might drop out but reassured us that he had a back up.On the morning of the wedding Brad did not mention the lack of second shooter until I asked him where they were later in the morning. Brad did not think this was a problem and was very unapologetic, stating that he would get the same content. He was having to do photo and video simultaneously and obviously cannot be in two places at once.Brad also made several promises to view the venue before the wedding but this did not happen.Brad's website states that he aims to give content back within 4 weeks but in wedding season this can rise to 6-8 weeks. We waited 8 weeks and having not heard anything from Brad, we sent several messages. Brad eventually replied saying we would receive everything within a week. This was not the case and required more chasing from us, especially when Brad claimed to have uploaded everything. It then took over a month (3 months in total) to receive our content. We understand that it is a busy time but it was the lack of communication which was particularly disappointing. It finally got to the point where Brad was having to offer us a full refund if we did not receive the content the next day. It should not have got to this point.The video is also much shorter than the advertised 10-15 minutes on the website (just under 8 mins), so please be aware of that.Our package was also meant to include a 'luxury usb and gift box', however we are still waiting to receive this.
