I've had Reiki before, it seems to be a walk in, lay down and chill exercise - soft music, candles and a comfy treatment table. What's not to love? I get very chilled and leave happy. BUT with Jenny she listens, understands and communicates. I had a great chat, amazing treatment and outstanding follow-up conversation. This to me is much, much more productive and really helps focus my attention on the future. My goals and aspirations in life, work and love.
