I bought my wedding dress from here and the service was amazing, they advised me on what colours would look best with the dress style I wanted and on collection, they allowed me to visit the shop outside of their opening hours as we were coming from out of town and unable to pick the dress up over the weekend. All of the dresses in the shop are stunning and I highly recommend Zarkans for any fancy party-wear or bridal outfits. They were even able to meet the time frame of when I needed the dress by, which a lot of the other bridal shops were not able to fulfil ! Thank you once again to Raees & the team!

Fantastic service. The dresses my family bought were amazing and the employees along with the manager have been great throughout the process of the wedding preparation. I originally bought my wedding lengha from London, but I wasn't really happy with it. Zarkan's boutique was the first shop I went into when I came to Alum Rock. I was welcomed with a lot of warmth. I saw my lengha, and I knew it was the one I wanted. I tried it on, and it was so beautiful. I instantly knew I wanted it for my wedding. Just felt so beautiful. I had my first fitting, and fell more in love with the design and the lengha, i was left speechless. I also bought a beautiful jewellery set to wear. Again, Raez knows what he is talking about when it comes to jewellery and clothing. He found me the perfect necklace for my outfit. He even created a bespoke nath for me. The service I've had has been amazing, and choosing my wedding outfit experience has been so amazing, and I'm grateful for Zarkans boutique.

I ordered my wedding dress from here. I had visited many stores in Birmingham but this was the only one that had a variety of outfits, including different sizes. Raaes was great with helping me pick an outfit and he was honest about what looked good on me etc. The dress took slightly longer than I expected to arrive but was beautiful when it did. Raees also put together a jewellery set for me that matched perfectly. Would highly recommend!

Loved my bridal outfit and jewellery from here. Genuinely the best designs around. It came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Everything I asked for they did with a quick turn around to get my outfit made and jewellery matched. Excellent service throughout. The owners were very professional and helpful. They made everything so easy and stress free. I would highly recommend.

GIRLS! I highly recommend Zarkan’s Boutique for your wedding dress. Raees, the designer and store owner is so kind, understanding, patient and accommodating. He has listened to everything I’ve said and has made all the changes that I’ve wished for. I was updated throughout the process, which really helped to ease my stress (with my wedding date constantly changing!). I honestly could not recommend him enough - Zarkan’s Boutique is by far the BEST Asian bridal store in Birmingham!! Girls, believe me when I say this, I went to every single Asian bridal store and none compare to his. AMAZING!!!

The worst custom made outfit I have ever purchased. So order was placed in good time and tbh was delivered in good time. But the quality of the fabric and the stitching is a joke. After paying over £400 for an outfit the stitching is undone and I haven’t even worn the outfit apart from when trying it on and even after asking for it to be tightened it was still loose so how is this even possible ? One sleeve is tighter than the other. The scarf length is ridiculously short and I mean I’m 5ft1 so can you just imagine how short it is. We got 4 outfits made and my mums neckline was so deep in the back even though when they took measurements it was bang on. Took mums back to the shop and wasn’t even offered any compensation for the stress he has caused with these terrible outfits. We also made the mistake of ordering my sisters Baraat jewellery from here. It was ordered in time but was given the wrong tikkah. So when we mentioned this at the shop we was told it would be rectified and we would be able to pick up in a week. When we went to pick it up it was still the wrong tikkah so we was told we can have the one from the shop excuse me. We are paying over £300 and do not want something everyone’s tried on.Was told we will be getting both the tikkahs for the inconvenience and she could decide which one she wants to wear on the day. When it was time to collect he went back on his word completely.He was honestly saying one thing to my sister and another thing to me. I regret spending over nearly £2000 in this shop. For the level of stress he has caused he hasn’t even offered any compensation or even a sorry! I honestly have no words to describe my experience here but all I know is in the future I will avoid this place 100%

I had a very positive experience buying from this shop. I’d originally placed an order to buy a wedding dress from Traditions on Soho Road- however the dress did not arrive, he closed down the shop and refused to refund my money. With only a month left until the wedding, I found a dress that was even better than my initial dress at Zarkan’s boutique. Raees is a man of his word, provided excellent customer service throughout and was able to custom make a bridal dress in 2 weeks and 5 days. I’m so grateful and relieved! I highly recommend Zarkan’s boutique- will definitely be buying from here again in the future!
