Great place, amazing staff & lots of great Ridgeline clothing

Wildly disorganised.I received a call today three days after ordering 2 6x4" rubber matts. The first issue being that the caller informed me she had tried to call earlier in the week which was a lie. The second being that I was asked to pay a further £60 in delivery costs despite the fee having been agreed and paid with no mention of the cost being approximate. The female went on to suggest that it is not her fault and that the company had only started selling online recently so can't honour the agreed price. The female then stated that they had since changed the shipping rates as if this was some sort of consolation. Although a refund has been offered no other form of renumeration to cover the wasted time has been. At the end of the day being a small company is not an excuse for being disorganised. The project I had planned now has to be delayed due to the poor research of the store owners. Needless to say I am highly displeased."

Friendly staff and good prices overall. They don't always have what I need on the day, but they will order in.

Always a pleasant and friendly welcome here, and large bulky items are brought out to your vehicle.

Easy to order and pay on line and collect. Favourable prices compared to other local shops and great range of products. Helpful staff and heavy items are loaded into your boot for you (in my case horse feed and bedding. What's not to love?

Ordered a supplement and paid for standard delivery on 2/11/22. 16 days later I’ve still not received it . I have asked for a refund email seems to have been ignored . Poor customer service . Will not shop online with this company again .
