I contacted Pennine Leisure to be told they were trade only, and couldn't sell the product directly to me. the young lady on the phone was very polite and apologetic. She then went on to give me some technical information regarding the product and confirmed which one I needed. i was then given a few phone numbers to call someone local to myself.Well done Pennine great customer service.

Disappointed as I spoke with customer services yesterday, because I needed my order urgently as attending a Motorhome Show. Was advised that they would mark my order as urgent. Phoned again today as I didn't receive my order only to be told that they no longer guarantee next day delivery but I have been charged for delivery. They advised that the goods are going on a vehicle for tomorrow's delivery. No good as should have left today for the show as it is quite a distance from our base. Used to send orders out for next day now this change has been put in place, you have lost another customer.

Bought a mains water kit via a dealer. Really poor quality fittings which kept popping off the tap and the valve even at the lowest of pressure. Replaced with Hozelock fittings which do the job. Suggest PLS do the same!

called Pennine earlier today and enjoyed one of the most disappointing phone calls in my 21 year history of purchasing. Initial response to my enquiry was direct, borderline rude and confusing. When I questioned the response to the info I was receiving I was hung up on. Congratulations, you've just lost a loyal customer that has spent thousands with you over the last few years. I'd rate at zero stars here if I was able to.

I recently bought a universal mains water adapter kit for my caravan i thought brilliant i no longer need to go for water. It turned out that the adapter ends were cheap aftermarket one that would not hold waterso I wrapped them with ptfe tape as a temporary fix then had to go out and buy proper Hozelock ones.then i contacted PLS Leisure to complainand got NO satisfaction! If I hand known i would have bought genuineAqauarol kit which is only £2.00 dearer.It is NOT the fault of the retailerits the wholesaler who doesn't want to knowVery disappointed indeed.Mr WebbBarnsley

After a visit to Pennine Leisure, I was impressed by to the guided tour Ian gave showing how well orders are picked and packed. The technology and efficiency of the operation is 1st Class. Well done to all the team at Pennine.

VERY DISAPPOINTINGBought a 40 litre Aquaroll from Parrys Accessories in Pickering North Yorkshire. I am keen to support local small business, as opposed to simply clicking on Amazon for a lower price.Much to my surprise both cap straps were severed. Not a problem, as I was sure Parrys would sort the problem out, as the retailer.They did offer a replacement cap howeve only had one in stock. They suggested I phone Penine Leisure who they were sure would sort the matter out. The young lady that dealt with me insisted that they only deal with the trade and was adamant they could not send out a pair of cap straps. She said she could put me in touch with a retailer who could supply the said items, obviously at an additional cost.Zero ownership sadly, which is so disappointing but more and more typical of supply companies.Have contacted Parrys who were friendly chaps only to let them know of the indignant, intransigent attitude of Penine Leisure.Parrys, said they were surprised at my experience given that their Penine Rep was such a nice chap.Perhaps he should pass some of his interpersonal skills onto this lady at Penine Leisure and explain the potential commercial implications of dealing with such easy to resolve issues., in such a short-term manner.
