It has been a great experience for me to associate with Holywell, as the name depicts giving life and adequate experience to all. Making life more meaningful to both client and staff at large.Holywell has been a large family believing same goal and having each other's back.Holywell is seen as team that believe in power of one" where everyone is a VIP.Great team member that sees you as help mate.The organisation will put you at feet and fit for efficiency and effectiveness sake to make you a combatant via adequate training and re-training

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!They underpaid me for 7 months, I tried to arrange a 1 to 1 meeting with the so called care co-ordinator for weeks to just be ignored.After giving them my resignation I then got offered (bribery) £50 to stay, they offered me £11 for my DBS after I paid £60.The management is shocking!!They don't look after there staff at all.Then after receiving my last wages they took £200 off me for training, which can i add was 2 days in Preston, using my own car, my own fuel and the training was basic mandatory stuff.I have been a carer for the last 10 years and I have NEVER experienced or been treated so poorly in all those years.

I loved working for Holywell, I loved working with the clients and staff! I found fantastic support within management and training. There was always someone there to answer any of your concerns.Patti is always there for her staff and clients. Always supportive, understanding and patient. Was a pleasure having Patti as my manager.

Staffs are always on top of their game, making sure the best care is given to the client/patient.Response from the admin office is also fast and helpful when needed. Keep up the good work, heavens is your limits in Jesus Name, Amen

The whole team ran by Patti and Cheryl are amazing. They helped my son who has autism and servere learning difficulties with his personal care. Also taking him out for long relaxing rides in his w.chair to give me a break from caring.Nothing was too much for them. A great team of lovely people. Thank you Holywell .

Holywell Care Services has been a great place to work for over a year. The care coordinators are very responsive and supportive. Providing an excellent service client experience. The team are really great and make the workplace fun and relaxed.
