No mayonnaise. THE DON'T HAVE MAYO! The only BK I've ever been in that chooses not to have mayo, which I find frankly bizarre and left me munching chili cheese bites with nothing to dip them in, which is pretty sorry state of affairs! Ketchup is simply not right... When the bites first came out, BK had sour cream, which is obviously the correct dip for anything with chilli, but of course that didn't last long leaving us to resort to mayo. And of course many people want mayo not ketchup on their chips. So how on earth can any venue choose to spurn their customers and refuse to stock 50% of the basic always-required sauces?! We can sell you one of the expensive pots..." Yeah

I ordered off just eat and the driver never turned up. I phoned up and they were very lovely about it and the man on the phone did everything he could to ensure his got my food. That man deserves a raise!

I tried to use the burger king app points which l saved to be told l need to pay for my meal. l was very disappointed because 600 points was taken from my app. The manager wouldn't honor it and l walked out burger king hungry. Terrible customer service. I will be reporting to the headoffice.

Absolutely awful! Burger is nothing like the picture, missed my coffee, milkshake machine not working, and the bean burger meal does not include chips!

I will not come back makes me sick and ashamed that ive ran one of these back in America and to see how the managers and general manager here disrespected me. They called me sir when i am legally a female. The staff wasnt friendly and helpful they didnt call out orders loud enough which is poor customer service skills and tbh the food here i wouldnt even touch with a 10 foot pole. The other burger kings around in other places have better reviews and food handling then this one. This was my first and last time ill ever come around this restaurant after asking for a job as crew member but funny thing is ive ran fast food joints and been mangers of fast food chains in the united states. Even told my husband that and he agreed since hes a professional chef at a 6 star restaurant and cooks all the meals. Ive came from America with alot and i mean alot of work experience trying to get a job that i knew the ins and outs but nope. Undoubtedly the mangers and general managers need to go back through and be retrained on major sensitivity issues and customer service and go back and learn and grow to be a real team and then go get retained on propper food handling and presentation and working on call outs orders better. No wonder why everytime i walk by i dont see the drive through or place packed. Maybe this site needs to be shut down and moved somewhere else that would generate revenue.

i am satisfied. i loved the chips very yummy. the staff were SOOOO NICE one even offered me a free water and a free ketchup packet. how lovely!!! 10/10 service. i don’t like burgers so i wish this was called chip king instead that is why I give it less because chips according to their title is not their speciality. yum yum!

PLANT BASED BURGERS ARE NOT VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN.Unbelievable experience!!! Lucky for me, only one of the three touch screen menus was working, and there was a que, so I went to the counter to order. It was there I found out that the Plant Based Burgers are NOT vegan or vegetarian. The girl at the counter told me they cook them on the same grill as the meat burgers. I asked her what the point was, and she had no idea either. Do meat eaters really go to BK to eat Plant Based Burgers???? We had a really good laugh about it, and she was super helpful with finding a suitable alternative. I don't normally eat at these fast food places, but BK has always had a vegetarian option, and it was alway the goto place for the Spicy BK Bean Burger, which they don't seem to sell anymore. Can't understand that either.SHAME ON YOU BURGER KING

hi allpopped in here for a quick lunch bite, just wanted a hot drink - cup of tea, when also had ordered 9 onion rings, and a small cheeseburger. bill came do 8pds!! the service was fairly quick and the food options were hot and cooked nicely, I enjoyed both cheeseburger and onion rings for my lunch here. just a pity the prices were abit lower, as cup of tea was 2pds,wish it was 1pds!on a course for a few weeks at moorlands trading estate - cscs card course.N. hayward Gloucester
