Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Broadstairs

Excellent customer service even with less than a day's notice helped like it was no fuss .only downside is a little expensive compared to other local companies however they were the only ones who had a 7 seater car at no notice within a reasonable distance to where I was staying and despite being considerably more expensive than local competition I'd probably go back happily.Guys in office were polite friendly and knowledgeableEven tho there was a couple of sweets in cup holder from a previous hire it's really no big deal when it was a short notice car with only a couple staff members visibleAfter 2 awful experiences with 2 different enterprise branches in the UK the guys at Broadstairs have changed my views on enterprise for the better

I must say that dealing with Joe was easy. He managed my expectations by communicating and kept me in the loop all the way. A good example. Do not deal with Emily at the Sydenham branch- (bad customer service and experience) Joe turned this around and I would use Enterprise again.

I've used Enterprise for many years for work and personal reasons and never had a problem at other branches but I was appalled at my experience with the Broadstairs branch.Whilst checking over van, the guy opened the back doors so that I wouldn't see the slight damage on the rear door of the van, the van was also dirty inside and previous drivers paperwork and pencil were in the van, the outside of the van was dirty too, when I returned the van my invoice stated 1332 miles but I had only done 300 miles, they took my £200 deposit because of the damage that was already there and probably is still there waiting for someone else to rip off, I wish I had read the other reviews on here and also check out: Trustpilot

My insurance company insisted on a like for like car and it took 2 days for one to be available. This put Enterprise Broadstairs in an awkward position.Callum was great, he's an eloquent and friendly, no nonsense staff member who made everything very easy. Management material...very impressed.

The guys that work here are superb; extremely accommodating, and on more than one occasion I have thankfully been upgraded to a larger and cooler car - this is a great branch to rent a car from.

Outstanding car and van rental. Far and away the best company to rent from. Thorough, professional service from the two Olivers and good vehicles to boot. Don't bother with poor imitations.

Second time renting from the Broadstairs branch. Kieran was especially helpful. He remembered me from last time and was speedy with my check-in. It was also nice to be reassured when I was cautious about driving an SUV! Impressed with their service.

Shambles is an understatement..having had 2 decent experiences with this branch I have been left feeling let down and disappointed. The last time I rented from them they tried to charge my account for just under £1000 while I was in possession of the van , when questioned they apologised and said there ‘Manager ‘ had been dealing with a customer with my same surname , I was shocked that this had happened as it was over two transactions..I decided to give them one more chance so booked a small van online for pickup .. only to be told this morning an hour before I was ment to pick up that all they had was Luton .. (4 times the size of my required booking ) . The manager wasn’t bothered and informed me that the website and branch aren’t actuallly linked so it’s subject to availability. I have been refunded which won’t be in my account for 5-10 days .. I am bemused and regretting giving them one final chance .. Stay Clear .

Absolutely amazing branch and team - they went over and beyond to provide stellar service, were so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. My first experience hiring a van from them, they put me at total ease, ran through everything clearly. 100% recommend if you need to hire! HUGE Thanks Olly, Olly & Tom, you're all legends!
