Gibb family - Had 4 rooms carpeted on different days to accommodate decorators, etc. Hykeham Carpets (Tracy) happily scheduled installations to meet our, changing, requirements and the two Marks did an excellent job fitting all 4. Highly recommended.

We've now had the entire house flooring replaced by Dan and his team from Hykeham Carpets. Both LVT and carpeting. Fantastic service, wonderful finish and reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend any higher.

Very disappointed with the level of service and lack of communication from Hykeham carpets. Overall a very poor experience, would not recommend or deal with again.

Tracey was very helpful suggesting what I needed, and catered to my budget for the whole house (new build) it was measured up in a timely manner allowing me to book in fitting. They were ever so accommodating when my completion date was pushed back (as to be expected!) and the customer service was excellent. Lots of choice available.We have also used Dan and hykeham carpets for most of our previous homes for individual rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Highly recommend this small family company From the moment we stepped into the shop and to having three of six carpets laid the service has been exceptional. Many many thanks to Danny and to Scott who laid our carpets. Looking forward to the 19th November then the 11th December when the remainder are laid. Again a big thankyou.
