I would give them zero stars if it were possible!Appalling customer service.Worse than appalling. They advertise numbers and email address to contact in the event of an issue (in my case charged for products not received) the numbers don’t work and I must have sent 10 emails to no avail. I have no choice but to write an old fashioned letter to their office in the hope that something will be done. I’m not going to hold my breath…There is nothing on earth that would induce me to use this company again.

Ordered in December....over £147 taken out of my account. Nothing ever delivered. Rang over 35 times with no answer. Left several messages with no-one even bothered to get back to me. Submitted form on their website with no response. I even went to the address shown to be told it's a virtual office and no-one from Crafted Meats are based there. Wonderful customer service...NOT!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Not a good experience. Didn’t get what I ordered then told that was because they’d run out despite putting the same thing on offer the day before my order was shipped. Then found that the weight was nearly 7.5% less than I paid for and told that anything within 10% was ‘OK’. And to cap it all off the amount of packaging was obscene and unnecessary. Shan’t be placing another order and wouldn’t recommend even though the meat was fine.

Sent me off smelling mince which arrived late. Sent them multiple emails to rectify but never heard back from them. Had to bin it all.

We have bought from Crafted Meats a couple of times now and the quality and range of meat is amazing! So much so we have decided to purchase from them on a monthly basis.The quality of the meat is amazing, be it some juicy rib eye steaks, tandoori chicken breasts, or rabbit in a casserole!The customer service has been great. Unfortunately a couple of things we ordered were out of stock, but we were refunded in full with no issues.Delivery is great, with tracking details given the day before so we can ensure someone is here to take the delivery. And the packaging is great, with all the meat still either cold or frozen, as it was when it was packed.We can't recommend them enough!

Ordered some pies and ribs for a birthday this weekend. Ribs not in order although I have paid for them and some of the pies damaged because they were just shoved into paper bags and squashed into a box that was too small. I have contacted customer services and so far have been ignored. I will definitely not be using this company again, nor would I recommend them.Updated 26/2/23.Apology and complete refund received from Crafted Meats.

Quality wise- really good, only problem I did have was the website saying next day delivery was available, but not making it clear this only applied to local areas and not the UK wide. So just be aware that you wont get it the next day and the delivery cost 6.95 so it would make more sense to get the free delivery with 50£ minimum order.

Ordered meat and paid for next day service. Didn't receive till a week later, and it looked like it had been dumped in the box with no care. They do not respond to emails and the contact number diesnt work. There are many companies out there that provide excellent service, quality products at good prices, this is definitely not one of them. Will never use again.

Order did not arrive on date specified, no communication, impossible to contact company as no response to email, messenger, incorrect telephone number printed on invoice, correct number constantly engaged. Order finally arrived 24hrs later with no communication.
