Absolutely brilliant service and staff at this place. Used many different Estate Agents over the years, but got to say these guys are the best I’ve encountered. Very friendly and easy to chat with, plus super professional and go the extra mile. All the staff are great, such as Steven, who recently stayed behind at the end of his working day for ages until a matter got clarified and saved us worrying all night into next day. Thank you. I found this agency to be unhelpful after incorrect information in relation to a property was published on their website and Propertypal. When asked a particular question, there was a generic answer of referring to data protection. However, my question was not covered by UKGDPR. Simply politely declining my request would have sufficed rather than hastily quoting statute not applicable to my question.

We met with them during a house viewing, seemed reasonably professional and friendly. However, didn’t seem to know much about the property with most of our questions coming up as I don’t know answers E.g. age of house, basic facts. Also they didn’t suggest that they’d find out for us either.We liked the property and put in an offer. Sent all documents five times each, didn’t seem competent here. Got our survey back, beautiful house but riddled with everything from wood worm to rising damp and we withdrew our offer for them to suggest a £5k reduction?! Madness!! Steer clear and get your surveys done!!

I’m so glad I used homes Independant when selling my house. They offer such a professional service, from start to finish. I was delighted with the photographs, videos, brochure etc. Most importantly they were in touch regularly with updates and I felt everything was in safe hands. I was impressed by the service I received from Homes Independent when house hunting and used them to sell my house. The brochure/online listing was accurate with high quality photographs. Viewings were done in a friendly and professional manner by Sharon, and Claire and the rest of the team dealt with everything else in the same manner. There were a few challenges in the process but Claire kept in touch along the way and worked hard to resolve all issues. Excellent service. Thanks again.
