had a 10am appointment for my daughter colour nails. booked it in the St David's 2 in Cardiff. waited about 40 mins. just walked out. if they was busy I could have came back and did my stuff I waned done. I was fed up of waiting and just left after 40mins. the customer service wasn't good

Visited on a Saturday so it was busy so you can look about very well but that's not the stores fault really. Service was ok. She wasn't rude but was clearly not happy to be there. Not a warm welcoming service were all like to receive. Store was clean and tidy and seemed well stocked.

Great for cheap name brand deodorant and shower gel.

Went to have my brows waxed yesterday (17/10/21) and the wax was not hot enough. I could feel the lady literally scraping it across my skin as it wouldn't spread smoothly (this itself was actually slightly painful). As a result I've had the top layer of skin removed. I cant explain how sensitive and sore this is. I will not be returning here for any beauty treatment if a qualified therapist thats employed here can't even control the temperature of her wax.

went in today to buy some deodorant. sprayed it to check the scent and the store’s assistant manager COURTNEY walked in and started to harass me and my younger sister and implied that we were stealing it. That was extremely rude and inappropriate of her to judge us like that. There were other people in the store but she was standing right next to us and patronising us. It really ruined our shopping experience. We were going to buy the deodorant anyway and we did. But her behaviour was unacceptable and felt like casual racism!!! There was no need to be rude like this. We asked for a manager because we felt uneasy and wanted to complain about our experience but she said she’s the manager (she was the assistant manager)People like her are ruining the image and name of Superdrug. Never going to this store again and will be taking a legal action against her. She is unfit to work for any retail store and has 0 customer service.Superdrug should look into this matter and check if she has any underlying mental illness issues because what she did was not normal. She was so triggered by us just spraying a small spritz of the body spray. She could have told us politely instead of being so passive aggressive. What a shame and disappointment!

Great alternative to boots. Perfume was cheaper.

I was surprised to know that. I have 10 pounds in my card account. Which really paid for an item I was really indeed of.The server was very helpful and friendly. Everyone, please don't forget to ask for their bonus card. It will save you of payment one day. Just like me.

When booking it was stressed to me that I should arrive 5-10 minutes early as I was the last appointment of the day. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment only to wait a total of 30 minutes while the manicurist finished doing a colleague’s nails and proceeded to take pictures and chat.The manicurist was lovely however they cut several of my cuticles (enough for them to bleed at little), which continued to sting and big irritated for days after. The overall look of the manicure was great however they started to lift and chip slightly only 3 days after therefore I had to book somewhere else to get them removed and redone after only a week.It’s such a shame as the services seem really reasonable but the wait time paired with the lack of quality of the manicure means I won’t book in again.
