Had to give one star to post a review but its actually zero. One of the worst organisations I have ever dealt with. I urge any person or business looking to put yourself or staff on training courses to avoid this provider at all costs.Where to begin. Exceptionally low standard from the tutors. Not receiving exam results - now been almost three months. Unable to book exams. On a virtual class at the moment that has been miss sold to many people - some who have been made redundant and are trying to upskill clearly paying for this out of their own pockets. Course was supposed to be recorded to access at any time - Nope. GDPR issues? HOW? As someone who works in a professional environment and have gone through all the GDPR how is that a breach? Just an excuse. Charging people to view past exams - not remarked just wanted to view it - charge of almost 200 pounds? no online exams only classroom based and written(plenty of other providers do the same exams online) - people on my course were not made aware of this and have now been told no exams until sometime in July - its APRIL now by the way.Found out my course was going ahead two days before in a virtual classroom. Total shambles. Please do not use this company they will take your money and run. Scam artists is putting it mildly, my heart goes out to anyone who has given them money out of their own pockets. The level of service and response is truly the worst i have ever had from a company and no such thing as an apology. My manager has had to send out PO number THREE times as they cannot keep track of anything.in one of the classroom based courses I did i turned up and they came and told us it was cancelled. People left. I was just about to and the tutor came over saying are you ready to start. I told him we were told it was cancelled by reception and people left. He shrugged his shoulders made no attempt to contact those people THEIR staff had sent home saying it was cancelled when it wasn't. Disgraceful. I could go on to be honest.Sorry for the long review. I work for a large corporate company and I am lucky as my L&D department are also investigating this on my behalf/my colleagues behalf but honestly DO NOT USE this provider. Money down the drain. I suggest one of the other providers in Manchester maybe QA i have had good experience with them in the past this is awful. Please be warned. Sorry for the long post but hope this helps another business/individual.

After being let down by another training organisation who cancelled the course 3 days before the start I was a little anxious that the same would happen again. I was recommended The knowledge Academy by a former colleague and as I was funding the course personally, I wanted the best company for the right price. TKA didn't disappoint! The venue can only be described as a 'little tired' in the middle of a pretty dire spot of East London. But that said I wasn't there to shop or enjoy myself! The trainer ('DJ') was first class: very experienced in the field, friendly, professional and patient and bearing in mind the amount of information that needed to be digested within 4 days before exam time showed that when you have a trainer passionate about the subject you can achieve amazing things!Suffice to say I owe my former colleague a beer or two and will definitely be using TKA in the future!

I attended thier 3 day CeMAP course at a cost of £1000. The trainer was very polite and very helpful so cannot fault him in any way at all. The course started with 2 students so me plus 1. The other student stayed on the course until lunch time day 1 then pulled out of the course leaving myself as the only student so ne problem here for me. Downsidethe course content was on circa 2.5k powerpoint slides delivered over the zoom platform. All the slides were read out verbatum by the trainer. Had I known this I would not have attended the course as I could have simply read the slides myself and saved the £1000. I should have done some more reaseacrh as there are other training providers who deliver CeMAP for the same price in a real classroom enviroement. Conclusion I paid The Knowlodge Academy £1000 for them to read me 2.5k powerpoint slides VERBATUM.

Generally i am not concerned about the environment I am in because i am mainly concerned about the information given and whether the situation is conducive to that. Manchester is a beautiful city and still growing however the area picked wasn't flattering to that effect and as i said my concern was what I would get out of it. After a major mishap in logistics I was then informed 2 days prior to my course that I had to travel to Manchester, luckily this was possible. The tutor though pragmatic was held to a timescale that was impossible given the amount of information that was to be reviewed. The course instructions were not explicit as to whether any prior work or preparation was needed hence most of us soon lost a lot of time familiarising with the given material. All things considered time was a major factor in this course and an extra day would suffice to ensure the absorption of the information given. Instructions should be explicit and ensure the candidates read the desired textbook as all candidates either did not purchase it or thought it would be used as reference material. All in all the course delivery was good but the speed poor.

Called up on the 19/01/2023 and spoke with Alfie Avis from CustomerService.Genuinely a refreshing change to deal with someone who was willing to help.Positive experience and would recommend both the course and the support recived after purchase.

I have had a terrible experience with both The Knowledge Academy and the 3rd party they use to do the exam, PeopleCert. I get no response from them and everything is about making a quick buck. Firstly the live course was terrible and hard to keep up with for Prince2. Then when it came to the exam, I found out they use a 3rd party that requires a specific system you need. Your computer has to be a 2.4Ghz which is not clearly stipulated when you purchase the course. I then bought a take2 option in case I failed but because my laptop wasn't equipped for the exam I failed because of my time running out so quickly causing me to panic. Terrible experience! There is now no point in doing the take2 as it will be the same experience. They then won't do a refund. They tried to tell me to get a different device to use but my laptop is all I have. It's just a big money making scheme with lack of concern for the ones paying for all this. Your online course is terrible and I wouldn't recommend!

Avoid unless its a cheap short courseI would stay away from the knowledge acadmy and ignore calls from there targeted salesmen. If the course is a simple course or exam - and cheaper, then maybe i would reccomend them.If not i would stay clear, I have summerised the bad points below.- Only bothered about you until you pay (dont expect good support once youve paid).- Low attendance means cancellations - repeatedly.- Out of date course material traners have to follow.- Poor response and attitude to issues. The bonus is that most trainers are a very good quality however they are all contractors anyway probably working with other companys too.

I attended two courses at The Knowledge Academy, PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner and TOGAF 9.2 Part 1 & Part 2. The trainers for both courses were knowledgeable, experienced and had a good relatable grasp of the material and its application in practical environments. This organisation is completely let down on its support and customer service side in managing queries, responding promptly to emails, fulfilling promises made on the phone and to sometimes unprofessional attitude some of the staff portray to frustrated customers. On that alone, offering a one-star review will be generous, but for the trainers, this setup should close shop.At this time, I cannot and will no recommend The Knowledge Academy to friends or colleagues. No one should have to pay to experience appalling customer service. They must be aware of this, but they don't care. That's unfortunate.

Felt compelled to leave a review after my experience. im and getting back into a career after some serious health issues and made this quite clear the the sales office before committing. After much deliberation i committed to the prince2 in manchester with barry. the course is indeed intense and pretty full on. Barry i found brilliant and he was very accommodating of my illness.unfortunately i was taken ill on day 3 of the course so couldn't sit the exam. I let the office know and they booked me on to the course the following week and allowed me access to the online course to revise till day 3 the following week. i couldn't be happier with the customer service and especially barry who would check in with me every day to make sure i wasn't struggling too much. top bloke. I will be booking my agile course with knowledge academy shortly.Since this course, I have gone back and done an AgilePM Practitioner Course, Scrum Master course and GDPR course. Passed all of them and got steller marks and understanding in all. I have recently starting applying for job and my phone has not stopped ringing. Thank you knowledge academy.p.s. i am in know way affiliated with the knowledge academy!

I've rated them as 1 start as I've had the most appalling customer service from them. Turned up for a course they had cancelled then told me I had not provided correct contact information. Turned up to do an exam which they assured me twice I was booked on only to find they had sent the wrong papers. The course content it relatively good but they are totally hopeless otherwise and I wouldn't do another one of their courses if they paid me. 1 email, 3 calls, 9 days I am still waiting for them to respond to my complaint and what they are going to do about 2 days lost holiday. I would look elsewhere.
